Tracy VonBriesen RN, MS, is Senior Director of Human Factors at Fresenius Kabi, where she leads the human factors strategies for combination drug-device products. With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and expertise in usability engineering and risk management, she supports programs spanning generics, biosimilars, and other combination products. Tracy holds a master’s degree in Patient Safety Leadership from the University of Illinois School of Medicine.
