Shobha began her career at Dr. Reddy’s in 2010, holding roles of increasing responsibility within Regulatory Affairs. Today, she is responsible for overseeing the regulatory function for Dr. Reddy’s in North America Generics executing the company’s regulatory strategy and managing team of regulatory professionals.

Shobha has more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutica Industry both on the generic as well as the innovator side. In her most recent role, she acts as Head Regulatory Affairs North America Generics at Dr. Reddy’s integrating regulatory strategy into drug development. She is part of the American Association for Accessible Medicines (AAM) and International Generic and Biosimilar Medicines Association (IGBA) and actively engaged with ICH Q13 working group in development of guideline and training materials on continuous manufacturing of drug substances and drug products. Shobha has Master’s degree in Pharmacy with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
