Sandra previously completed a fellowship in Drug Information with Purdue University, Janssen Scientific Affairs, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This fellowship consisted of a 6-month academic drug information rotation with experiences in academia and an institutional-based drug information center, a 12-month rotation with medical information teams in a pharmaceutical industry setting, and a 6-month rotation with the Division of Drug Information at the FDA.
Sandra is currently a pharmacist at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration within the Office of Generic Drugs – Division of Labeling Review. Previously, Sandra was a pharmacist with the Division of Drug Information (DDI) where she answered drug information questions from consumers, health care professionals, and industry.
