Speakers

Ryan M. Daniel is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Business and Corporate Transactions at Fresenius Kabi, LLC.  He collaborates with a team of professionals who handle patent litigation, prosecution, licensing, and contract negotiation in the biopharmaceutical and medical device technology areas.  Mr. Daniel graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Molecular Biology and obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.  Prior to joining Fresenius Kabi, Mr. Daniel interned with the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi of the District of New Jersey.  He then practiced law at Haug Partners LLP in New York, New York and Rakoczy Molino Mazzochi Siwik LLP in Chicago, Illinois.
