Rhonda Rowell joined the Office of Generic Drugs as a Project Manager in May of 2015.  Rhonda attended Howard  University where she received her B.S. in Microbiology degree in 1992 and a B.S in Pharmacy degree in 1995.  Following graduation, she went on to pursue a career in the private sector as a Retail Pharmacy Manager for nearly twenty years.
