Nina Brahme is a Senior Scientific Reviewer in FDA’s Office of Therapeutic Biologics and Biosimilars (OTBB). She began her FDA career as a biologics product quality reviewer in the center for drugs and her work on biosimilar applications led to a broader, interdisciplinary role as a scientific reviewer within OTBB.  In her current role, she collaborates with scientific and policy groups to provide clear, consistent scientific advice for biosimilar and interchangeable product development. In addition to application and guidance development work, she leads and facilitates multiple scientific and educational initiatives that advance understanding of biosimilars and support FDA’s broader public health mission. Nina received her Bachelors degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California Berkeley, her PhD in Cell Biologics from Yale University, and a Masters of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health as a National Cancer Institute Postdoctoral Fellow.
