Throughout his career, he has worked with leading pharmaceutical corporations and advisory firms, delivering solutions to a diverse clientele, including innovators, generic manufacturers, biopharmaceutical companies, startups, and global health organizations. His expertise has been pivotal in enabling new product launches, analyzing technical and business risks, developing operational strategies, and navigating regulatory challenges to achieve business targets.

Mayank is renowned for his strong liaison and analytical skills, excelling in multicultural environments. He has successfully managed numerous cross-cultural and international responsibilities in various locations such as India, the USA, Ireland, Romania, Brazil, South Africa, and Malaysia.

Combining technical expertise with business acumen, Mayank is well-versed in global quality regulations and has successfully guided teams to achieve targets and milestones ahead of time. His experience spans a wide range of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including drug-device combination products, sterile liquids and dry powders, complex solid dosage forms, liquids, semisolids, sublingual films, patches, and inhalations. He is adept in business due diligence, having conducted several due-diligence to support numerous mergers and acquisitions. Mayank excels in leading diverse cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, technology transfer, quality, and risk analysis, driving high-value strategic projects through effective mentorship and motivation.

Mayank holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA with a specialization in Information Systems.
