Mayank is a Pharma Professional with ~ 30 years of Global leadership experience in Pharma Operations, consulting, compliance and quality management system. He has been employed with Pharma corporates and Advisory companies and provided services and solutions to broad range of companies /clients – Innovators, Generic manufacturers, Biopharmaceutical companies, startups, and Global health organizations. His contributions include enabling new product launches, analyze technical and business risks, develop operational strategies and help overcome regulatory crisis and achieve business targets.

Mayank is an accomplished professional in liaison and analytical skills with ability to work in multi-cultural environment. He has successfully handled several cross cultural / international responsibilities at various locations: India, USA, Ireland, Romania, Brazil, South Africa and Malaysia.

Mayank brings in unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen. He is well versed with Global quality regulations and successfully guided teams for several USFDA & EU inspections. He has handled a diverse range of Pharmaceutical dosage forms – Drug-device combination products, Sterile Liquids & dry powders, complex solid dosage forms, liquid preparations & semisolids, sublingual films, patches and inhalations. He has expertise in business due diligence; conducted audits to support several mergers and acquisitions. He is skilled at running diverse cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, technology transfer, quality and risk analysis. He has successfully led several high value strategic projects by motivating and mentoring cross functional teams.

Mayank has a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and earned an MBA with specialization in information systems.
