Angeline presently holds the position of Associate Director for Science and Communications in the Office of Program and Regulatory Operations (OPRO), within the Office of Pharmaceutical Quality (OPQ). In this role, her duties encompass the supervision and resolution of both internal and external general inquiries directed to OPQ.

Her educational background includes degrees in Nursing, Physiology, and Neurobiology, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Project Management from the University of Maryland and Georgetown University. Angeline has also achieved multiple certifications and trainings related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA), having completed programs at Stanford University and Cornell University. Additionally, she is currently fulfilling the role of co-chair for DEIA programs within the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER).
