CDR Rossiter holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Emory University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Oregon. She completed postdoctoral work at Eli Lilly and worked for ten years in the pharmaceutical industry before joining FDA in 2011. From 2011 through 2020 she held roles of progressing responsibility in the Office of Science in the Center for Tobacco Products at FDA, from chemistry reviewer to chemistry Team Lead and finally project management Branch Chief. In January 2021, CDR Rossiter joined the Office of Program and Regulatory Operations, Office of Pharmaceutical Quality, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research as a Branch Chief. In this role she supervises project managers responsible for managing the quality review of both NDA and ANDA submissions. During her time in this role she has specialized in management of post-market submissions, training and mentoring others.
