Jaya Ayyagari is a Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Professional with over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries. Jaya began her career at P & G (Procter and Gamble) before joining Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in 2003, holding roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of quality control, quality assurance, internal audits, regulatory compliance and regulatory affairs. In her current role as Senior Director and Head,  Regulatory affairs at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Inc,  she provides strategic and operational regulatory support to Speciality Rx, OTC, API, Proprietary and biosimilar business units for US and Canada.

Jaya holds a Masters in Organic Chemistry, MBA in Human Resources Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Total Quality Management. She strongly believes in Dr. Reddy’s purpose to “accelerate access to affordable and innovative medicines because Good Health Can’t Wait” and applies her strong multifunctional background to contribute towards bringing affordable medicines to market sooner.
