Cindy Chang is Counsel, IP and Litigation at Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. In her role, Ms. Chang advises on intellectual property issues to support product selection and development, business partnerships, and litigation matters. Prior to joining Hikma, Ms. Chang practiced law at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York, focusing on intellectual property litigation, including Hatch-Waxman and BPCIA litigation. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University, holds a graduate degree in biology from SUNY Stony Brook, and obtained her law degree from New York University School of Law.
