Ms. Mazzella is the Vice President of Teva Pharmaceutical’s Global Quality Compliance and is based in Parsippany, NJ USA providing leadership and strategic direction for all Quality Compliance-related matters to Teva globally, ensuring consistent implementation of Teva’s Quality Management System.

With almost 25 years of pharmaceutical Quality and Compliance experience, Ms. Mazzella has held positions of increasing responsibility and for most of her career, global leadership positions within Novartis as well as GlaxoSmithKline. She has led teams in global strategy and quality governance, quality compliance and auditing, regional and global commercial quality, and quality systems management including implementation of global IT quality systems. Christina champions knowledge sharing, and lessons learned programs focused on continuous improvement and proactive quality and compliance risk mitigation.

Christina holds an MSc. in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland; a BSc. in Biology from Rowan University; and an associate degree of applied sciences (A.A.S.) in Medical Laboratory Technology from Mercer County Community College.
