Brian McCormick is Vice President and Chief Regulatory Counsel at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where he and his team provide strategic legal and regulatory counsel for Teva’s global innovative, generic, biologic, and biosimilar businesses. A biopharmaceutical regulatory and policy attorney with nearly 25 years of experience, he has held senior legal leadership positions at Teva, GlaxoSmithKline, and Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, and is recognized for his expertise in FDA regulation, regulatory policy, lifecycle management, and biosimilars policy. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biosimilars Forum and holds degrees from Georgetown University Law Center, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Franklin & Marshall College.
