Andrew is a Lead Physician (acting) in OGD’s Office of Research and Standards Division of Therapeutic Performance I where he leads the Device Evaluation Team. He also provides clinical and scientific expertise across a wide portfolio of complex generic product classes and research programs. Prior to joining OGD, he was a clinical reviewer in FDA’s Office of New Drugs. He maintains clinical board certifications in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine, and he earned a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
